Best known as the “Queen of Scripts,” Wendy S. Myers, CVJ, has taught communication and client service skills for more than two decades. As founder of Communication Solutions for Veterinarians, she shares practical skills through online courses, onsite hospital consulting, and conferences. Wendy was a partner in a specialty and emergency practice for 5 years. She’s authored 6 books and a column for Veterinary Practice News magazine for 10 years. Wendy is a RACE CE provider. She can present keynote and customized seminars. Wendy offers both in-person and virtual training. Teams praise her solutions for today’s challenges.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
IN-PERSON LOCATION:
The Meeting Space is located at 4039 Legacy Pkwy, Lansing, MI 48911. Free parking will be available for all attendees. A virtual option will be made available for those with difficulty traveling.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All cancellations MUST be in writing. Please email [email protected].
- Unless specifically stated differently on registration materials, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for any and all cancellations submitted up to seven days from the date of an event.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted seven or fewer days from an event.
- Should an event be canceled by MVMA, full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
- In lieu of a cancellation, a substitution may be requested up to seven days from the date of an event and only for individuals who have registered for a single event within the series.
- Individuals who have registered for the entire series at the discounted rate may not substitute after the first event of the series.
- Change requests for individuals wanting to change from in-person to virtual participation will not be honored seven or fewer days from the date of the event.
- Please note, if you attend the event virtually those hours will count toward 6 of the 12 total needed live and in-person CE hours.
ON-DEMAND: These sessions will not be recorded and WILL NOT be available for on-demand at a later date.
